Our offices are designed with children and adolescents in mind. We have toys and videos designed make the child comfortable and their experience a positive one.
Evening, Weekday, and Saturday Hours are available. Now Open Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Handicap Access
The office is well equipped to handle the needs of handicapped children.

Insurance Information
Please have your current insurance information available when calling our office to schedule an appointment. We would like to help you determine your insurance requirements prior to a visit.
Many insurance companies now require pre-authorizations for visits. On the day
of the visit, please bring your most current insurance card, and pre-authorization
(if required by your insurance). Co-pays are required to be paid at the time of
the visit. We want to be of service to you and your family by providing you with
assistance in answering your billing and insurance questions.
